ago. Everyone in the cheffy world was BUZZING about these new knives that were out.
I met the family and was very taken by their knowledge and sincerity.
I used the knives on stage that day on the demo and have never looked back. I recently
bought all my chefs, knives from Tony on our first year’s anniversary of opening.
Even the hardy pirates in my kitchen were humbled by such high quality of workmanship.
