Washing

Please always wash your knives by hand and never leave them so soak. There is no need to put them on an intense dishwasher cycle; it is unnecessary and extremely bad for your knives. Please note you will lose your automatic warranty with us if you do.

Drying

It is always best to dry your knives straight after washing to prevent any possible oxidastion. Carbon steel knives MUST be dried immediately as they will rust if left to air dry.
