If you have purchased a Kin Knife then we offer a complimentary sharpening service. All you need to do is send your knife back to us (please ensure this is very well packaged so as to protect both the postman and us!), please include your return name and address, contact telephone number and email address along with £10 cash per parcel to cover the return postage fee. Please send your knife back via Royal Mail Age Verified service which you must purchase on the Royal Mail website.
If you have a knife from another brand then we charge £8 per knife for sharpening as well as the £10 return postage fee. If you knife is damaged then please email images to email@example.com so we can assess whether a repair to the blade is possible. If we can, then we charge £10 per repair as well as the £10 per parcel return postage fee.
We aim to get the knives back to you within 7-10 days.
