A versatile knife, for precise work on smaller items including herbs and smaller fruit and vegetables. Popular with those not confident with a larger knife. These stunning handcrafted knives are constructed with 32 layers of Damascus steel surrounding a cutting core of SG-2 (R2) steel with a Rockwell hardness of 62 HRC. These knives are made by Shiro Kamo. The handles are beautifully designed with flower detail in the rivets and rounded for comfort. The handle is made from desert iron wood.

These knives are custom made and as they are completely handmade they can differ very slightly from knife to knife – the one in the image is an example so please email for a current photo of the stock.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is £6.95.
Express delivery (must order before 1 pm) within the UK is available for £8.95.
International delivery for only £19.95.

When will my order be shipped?

If the Express option is selected, we endeavour to despatch your order the same day if ordered before 1pm. All other orders – including international deliveries – will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

When will my order arrive?

Express orders should arrive the next working day for Mainland UK, if ordered before 1 pm. Express orders within the UK but not Mainland will be delivered within 3 working days. For all other orders, we aim to deliver inside 7 working days to the UK and 14 working days overseas. If for some reason we are unable to deliver within this time, we will contact you to let you know when to expect them. In cases of unacceptable delay, we will offer a full refund.
