A beautiful range of multi-layered hand crafted knives made by Shigeki Tanaka. The central cutting core of VG10 steel is surrounded by 32 layers of stainless steel. These knives have a Rockwell hardness of 60 and have black pakka wood handles. This medium sized multi-layered chef’s knife is ideal for the preparation of large vegetables, fruit, boneless meats, fish and herbs.
