We are well and truly into salad season and this Asian slaw is a staple in our house! 🥬

Incredibly easy to make, especially if you have a Nakiri 🔪 to hand!

Mix up a splash of the following ingredients to taste;

Peanut butter (crunchy is best!)
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Lime juice
Maple syrup

Add to thinly sliced white and red cabbage and some grated carrot.

Stir in some chopped coriander (if it doesn’t taste like soap to you!!)
