This range of knives are made by the reputable blacksmith Takamura. These laminated blades have a core of VG10 steel with a black pakkawood handle. This medium sized laminated preparation knife is the perfect ‘all-rounder’. This large laminated chefs knife is ideal for the preparation of large vegetables, fruit, boneless meats, fish and herbs. A suitable length knife to be used for carving boneless meats. These blades have a hand hammered blade finish called Tsuchime.
