How do I return an item? 
If you have received a faulty product they should be returned within 7 days of delivery to the address at the top of this despatch note. Please ensure all packaging and sales receipts are returned in the parcel.
I no longer need my purchase, can I return it? 
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day "cooling-off" period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your card for the purchase amount  excluding any postage costs originally charged.
Please return your item(s), including all original packaging & a note detailing your name, address and order number to the address at the top of this page.
Returns after 7 days 
Generally speaking, returns received after 7 days will not be accepted. If we receive your returned items in perfect condition a day or two late we will most likely still accept them, however if we receive a return more than 2 weeks after it was originally sent we will only refund if previously agreed. DO NOT just send back your order several weeks after receipt without contact as we will not refund it and you will need to collect it from our offices or pay a £6.95 surcharge for re-delivery.
If your Kin Knives are faulty
Please return them to us for a full refund. We want our knives to arrive in perfect condition and if they don’t we want to know about it. Send your contacts back and include a note with your name, address and full details of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Returns
