This range of laminated double bevel knives are named Nashiji due to their unique surface pattern. Nashiji means the surface of a Japanese pear. A laminated blade construction with a cutting core of Gingami No.3 (high-carbon steel) and a Rockwell Hardness of 62 HRC. These knives have black pakka wood handles. Made in Miki City. This laminated preparation knife is a great ‘all-rounder’. The Santoku is a Japanese multi-purpose knife and can be used for most preparation.
