This range of laminated double bevel knives are named Nashiji due to their unique surface pattern. Nashiji means the surface of a Japanese pear. A laminated blade construction with a cutting core of Gingami No.3 (high-carbon steel) and a Rockwell Hardness of 62 HRC. These knives have black pakka wood handles. Made in Miki City. The Nashiji knife set includes the Petty 160mm, Small Santoku 145mm, Santoku 165mm, Nakiri 165mm Gyuto 180mm and and five blade guards.
