The ceramic sharpening stone is a very popular sharpening tool as you use it dry and it does not wear away. Ceramic is a great material to sharpen on as it has the hardness of glass (harder than steel) and will not wear away. Use this stone dry. Dishwasher safe. 200mm x 50mm.
