A superb range of multi-layered double bevel knives. Sixteen layers of Damascene steel surround a cutting core of V-Kin 10 steel. With black pakka wood handles and a Rockwell hardness of 61 HRC these knives are both look beautiful and perform amazingly. This medium sized multi-layered preparation knife is the perfect ‘all-rounder’. The Santoku is the Japanese multi-purpose knife and is suitable for vegetables, boneless meats, fish and herbs. It is also great on larger vegetables, for example butternut squash and celeriac due to its deep blade.
