A complete range of excellent professional quality knives. The Western style black pakka wood handle compliments a laminated double bevel stainless steel blade with a cutting core of VG10 steel. Rockwell hardness 61 HRC. Made in Miki City. This medium sized laminated preparation knife is the perfect ‘all-rounder’. The Santoku is the Japanese multi-purpose knife and is suitable for vegetables, boneless meats, fish and herbs. It is also great on larger vegetables, for example butternut squash and celeriac due to its deep blade.
