Shirasagi
Shirasagi in Japanese means a bird. This range of knives positively glide like a bird. A superb range of double bevelled, laminated stainless steel knives, but with a carbon steel central cutting core. This core will discolour and occasionally need cleaning but it produces a magnificent cutting edge. Traditional Japanese style handles made of bubinga. Each knife also comes with a bubinga protective sheath, (see carbon steel knife information).
