Coriander crusted tuna with carrot and apple salad by Jun Tunaka (Serves 2)

  1. Season the tuna with salt and roll in the crushed spices.
  2. Pour a little olive oil in a pan and seal for 1min on each side.
  3. Slice into 1cm thick pieces.
  4. Peel the carrot and daikon, and cut into matchstick sized pieces.
  5. Do the same with the apple and mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.
  6. Serve with the sliced tuna.
