Welcome to KIN Knives
In 1995 Tony Murland decided to visit Japan and import a range of high quality Japanese hand tools for woodworkers, which proved immensely popular.
Whilst in Japan Tony's culinary interests led him to buy various very high quality knives from small, exclusive manufacturers.... he returned home to find he had bought over 300 knives! A stand at the BBC Good Food Show was immediately booked and thus KIN knives was born.
In 2006 Tony's daughter Harriet took over the day to day running of the business and in April 2007 Rebecca joined the family business.
